You can register in the ZEISS Metrology Shop with just a few clicks: The ZEISS ID gives you access to all ZEISS solutions. This means that you can also log in to the ZEISS Metrology Shop with your personal ZEISS ID.
1) Do you already have a ZEISS ID? Then, you can register at https://www.zeiss.com/metrology/en/services/zeiss-metrology-shop/country-selection.html and start your shopping experience immediately.
2) You do not have a ZEISS ID yet and would like to register? Then simply click on the “Login / Register”-button at the top of the ZEISS Metrology Shop and follow the instructions. As soon as your ID has been activated by ZEISS, you can log in and start your shopping experience.
You can pay In the ZEISS Metrology Shop using the “Purchase on account” option.
The options “ZEISS Metrology Credit” and “Credit Card” are also available depending on the country.
The display of product availability and delivery times in the ZEISS Metrology Shop gives you a high degree of planning security. An integrated traffic light system shows you directly when you select your desired article whether the ZEISS accessories you require are available or what delivery time you can expect.
In the order process, in the “Order overview” screen, you can send us a comment via the “Message to the retailer” field. You can also enter your personal order number in the “Order number” comment field.
When you log in to the “My account” section, you can find all information about your offers and orders under the heading “Offers & orders”.You can view the status of your order there. Under “Details,” you will also find information about the items you have ordered, your billing and delivery address, your selected payment method, and your shipping method. You can also place your order again by clicking the “Order again”-button. Also, you will receive email notifications regarding the status of your orders.
By ordering your desired articles in the ZEISS Metrology Shop, internal processes can be simplified and accelerated. For example, you can quickly receive a quote for an urgent order. And that 24/7, saving you long waiting times. Add the products for which you need a quote to the shopping cart, then click “Create quote” in the process and receive your official ZEISS quote by e-mail in just a few minutes. You can also view all quotations in the “My account” area under “Quotations and orders”. This reduces paper consumption and contributes to a more sustainable process.
To provide you with fast assistance in the event of technical problems, you can contact us via the “Contact form” in the ZEISS Metrology Shop under the heading “Type of feedback—technical problem.” In addition, please include a description of the problem and your ZEISS customer number in your message so that we can quickly find a solution to your problem. The customer number is on all ZEISS receipts.
